OUR STORY
During my undergraduate at University, the usual way to communicate or ask question with lecturer at off class is through email but, I find it hard to do so. Not all lecturers could reply within 1 day, in the worst case it could take up to a week for them replying our email. I can understand sometimes they are busy and not able to reply all email also, their email not only have student question. Â However, delaying student question could affect learning process and demotivated them. Therefore, I came out with an idea of providing instant solution to student at anytime, anywhere.
